Terms & conditions
+381 60 3883 103What these terms cover
These terms apply to the boat charter and sightseeing services we provide under the name Boat Experience Belgrade, on the Sava and Danube in Belgrade. By sending an enquiry or making a booking you accept the terms set out on this page.
What is hired
The whole Narval 820 is hired, with a skipper. Capacity is 6–7 guests plus the skipper. It is never sold per person and no other group ever joins you.
The boat is always operated by our skipper. Guests may not operate the boat.
Prices and what is included
Two hours on the water €150. Three hours €200. Each additional hour €60, with every started hour charged. The price is per boat, not per person.
The price includes the skipper, fuel, a welcome drink, use of the WC, Wi-Fi and the sound system.
Extending the trip on the day is possible only if the boat is not booked for the following slot.
Booking and confirmation
An enquiry is not a booking. A slot is reserved only once we confirm it in writing and receive the deposit, where a deposit has been agreed.
Payment details and the deposit amount are given in the written confirmation.
Cancellation by us
The skipper decides whether the weather and water level are safe for the trip, and that decision is final.
If we cancel because of weather, water level or a technical fault with the boat, you choose a new date or receive a full refund of everything paid, deposit included.
Cancellation by you, and late arrival
The hire starts at the agreed time, not when you arrive. Being late shortens the trip and does not push back its end.
If you do not turn up at the agreed time and do not contact us, the slot is treated as used.
Conduct on board
The skipper's instructions are binding on all guests throughout the trip.
Glass containers and open fire are not allowed on board.
Jumping from the boat while under way is not allowed. Whether and where swimming is possible is the skipper’s decision on the day.
Smoking is allowed only in the areas the skipper points out at the start of the trip.
The skipper may end the trip without a refund if guests’ behaviour endangers safety, the boat, or others on the water.
Food and drink
You are welcome to bring your own food on board.
Bringing your own drinks is not allowed. Drinks are bought on board.
Glass containers and open fire are never allowed.
Water activities charged separately
The jet ski, banana ride and water lounger are charged separately at the current rates and are arranged in advance.
Whether river conditions are safe for these activities is the skipper’s decision on the day, and that decision is final. If they cannot be used because of conditions, they are not charged.
They are used at your own risk, following the skipper’s instructions at all times and wearing a life jacket whenever the skipper asks for it.
Children and responsibility
Children are welcome with a parent or guardian, who is responsible for them throughout the trip.
Life jackets are on board and are used as instructed by the skipper.
Damage and personal belongings
Damage to the boat or equipment caused deliberately or through gross negligence is the responsibility of the person who caused it, or of the person who made the booking.
We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on the day your slot is confirmed in writing.
